VICTORIA'S SERVICE COORDINATION TOOL TEMPLATES ARE CHANGING
You have the opportunity to attend the open forum on the revision and future of Victoria’s Service Coordination Tool Templates- used across the state to support screening and referral.

The vendor information forum, convened by the Primary Health Branch, will be an opportunity to learn about the changes that have been made to the Service Coordination Tool Templates (SCTT) and the Victorian Statewide Referral Form (VSRF) as part of the current revision. It will also be an opportunity to learn more about:
- the vision for the SCTT and the VSRF
- progress of the department-wide information management strategy.
- Supporting e-referral and use of HL7 messaging.
Who should attend? Vendors of software products to the health and human services sectors, vendors of e-referral systems, and senior representatives from health and community services, Primary Care Partnerships, ICT Alliances, and peak bodies.
