Our mission

• Ballarat ICT Ltd believes that ICT offers tangible benefits to the whole Ballarat community and that ICT is critical to creating sustainable and dynamic growth across the region.
• Accordingly, Ballarat ICT Ltd's mission is to lead and support Ballarat's ICT industry for the benefit of the community, to significantly enhance ICT research and innovation, and to provide Ballarat with world class ICT infrastructure.
• It seeks to build ICT skills and develop high quality jobs in the Ballarat region.
• It seeks to advance the interests of almost 100 local ICT companies employing approximately 630 people and generating in excess of $50 million in combined annual revenues.
• Ballarat ICT Ltd's strategic outlook, priorities and day-to-day operations are determined by 'Ballarat ICT 2030', the blueprint for strengthening Ballarat's capabilities and reputation as a leading ICT Centre, and are complementary to those practices established to support the Blueprint Ballarat Community Committee.
