2.6 Other pertinent information

As some of the questions required in the research obtained multiple responses, some figures will sum to over 100%.
The 'base' and the 'n' references at the bottom of each figure refer to those people who were asked the question (base) and the number of respondents who actually answered the question (n). In some cases, respondents did not provide an answer to a particular question and subsequently the 'n' reference for total respondents may be less than the sample size.
The sample size for both the ICT firms survey (34) and the ICT users survey (21) are relatively small. Therefore, it is necessary to generalise the results with caution.
