What was least useful about this event?
Response |
Early start ... winter and all. |
I cannot think of anything. |
I didn't get the magic answer I was looking for. I did learn there was a answer and where to look for it. |
The advertising flyer made the point of: "implications for small business in particular" and yet 95% of the discussion was on multimillion dollar roll outs in big business. I wanted information on VOIP for small businesses of <20 users at one location. |

What would you suggest to improve future events?
Response |
Discuss the advertised topic. |
Every thing was fine. |
More attendees. |
Someone to describe the topic of discussion in more details. This of course might require extra time. |
The panel discussion that enabled all to give an opinion was the best part. |
We used to alternate between morning and afternoon sessions, in winter swap to arvo's. |
