During the week commencing 18 October 2006 the more comprehensive 'Ballarat ICT - Have your say' survey, was launched to gather feedback. The web-based survey followed the same question structure as the one-on-one interviews with questions organised around the three themes: Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How do we get there?
