cBallarat Limited in conjunction with the Ballarat ICT Cluster project is hosting a free ICT Listening Forum for the Ballarat Region's small to medium sized enterprises (SME's) at Oscar's Hotel and Cafe Bar, 18 Doveton Street South, Ballarat on 26 October 2006.
The listening forum runs from 6.00pm till 8.00 pm and is your opportunity to discuss the challenges and frustrations experienced by demand side SME's in the region - out of earshot of the ICT industry - in maintaining and leveraging Information and Communications Technology (ICT) capacity in the region.
- Perhaps you're ready for more advanced ICT but don't know how?
- Have you outstripped your accounting package"
- Is your net connection too slow?
- Do things go wrong?
- Do you struggle to get wireless broadband in your area?
- Has your main workstation failed to boot up?
Come and discuss your SME's ICT experiences with us and tell us whether you are getting the help and support you need. Experts with experience on both the demand and supply sides of ICT will facilitate the forum. Recommendations from the forum will be fed back to the Ballarat ICT Cluster who will use it to assess the region's future ICT needs.
